Elms Hotel, Abberley

New spa facility opened at Von Essen Country House Hotel. Structural Design Associates, working with Architects Crerar & Partners, are pleased to have been involved in this exciting project. The scheme comprised the part retention of a former Coach House to the Listed hotel, and the construction of a comprehensive spa facility and swimming pool.

New Mills Surgery

Structural Design Associates are pleased to have been part of the successful Wildgoose Construction Design & Build team appointed for the new surgery for the Arden House Medical Practice. Elevations are of stone, render and cedar boarding all under a green roof, and supported off a steelwork frame. Construction was completed in September 2010.
